Hilla Hakomäki

Hilla advises both domestic and international clients on all employment law matters, including day-to-day employment issues, the preparation of employment and executive agreements, co-operation proceedings, and employment terminations. She also provides counsel on business immigration and mobility matters, as well as employment-related disputes.

Hilla joined Borenius as an Associate in September 2026. Prior to joining Borenius, she gained experience through traineeships at other business law firms and as an intern at the Supreme Administrative Court.

In addition to her law degree from the University of Helsinki, Hilla has studied law at the University of Bern in Switzerland.
