Juhani Saksa

Juhani advises clients on commercial dispute resolution, covering arbitration and litigation. He has gained experience in corporate and M&A disputes, as well as matters arising from consultancy services, construction, agency, and internal investigations, with sector experience spanning industrial and manufacturing, finance, and the defence industry.

Juhani joined Borenius as an Associate in 2025, having previously gained experience through traineeships at Finnish business law firms and a publicly listed financial group. During his studies, he represented the University of Lapland in the international Willem C. Vis Moot Court Competition.
