Kalle Salava

Kalle serves as Counsel in Borenius’s EU & Competition team. Kalle advises companies and governmental agencies on internal market law and contract law matters, including especially public procurement law and state aid law, besides contract law and litigation. Kalle has more than 13 years of extensive experience in these fields of law, and he has represented both contracting authorities and companies in complex proceedings before administrative courts, the Market Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and general courts.

Kalle has a strong background in IT law and has led numerous major ICT and infrastructure projects and high-level contract negotiations. His client work focuses on delivering clear, business-oriented legal solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs and objectives.
