Meerit advises clients on M&A and private equity-related matters.
Meerit joined Borenius as an Associate in 2026. Prior to that, she worked as an Associate Trainee at the firm in the M&A and Private Equity team. Prior to pursuing her law studies, Meerit gained several years of professional experience in international and domestic real estate investment activities, including portfolio management and investment analysis across various asset classes, investment vehicles, and structures.
