Pyry Pylkäs

Pyry advises clients on domestic and international dispute resolution matters, investigations, and white-collar crime. He has gained experience across a wide range of business sectors, including financial services, payment services, crypto-asset providers, insurance, and pension institutions.

Before joining Borenius, Pyry served as a prosecutor at the National Prosecution Authority. He has also gained extensive experience at the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority, where he led and participated in AML/CFT inspections and reviewed registration applications for virtual asset and payment service providers. In addition, Pyry has worked as Legal Counsel at a Big Four firm and as an Associate Trainee in the Dispute Resolution team of another leading Finnish law firm.

Pyry holds a Master of Laws from the University of Lapland and a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University School of Business, where he majored in Strategic Management and graduated with honours.
