About Susanna
Susanna advises our clients on securities markets regulation and capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings, rights offerings and debt offerings. She also provides guidance on corporate governance and general corporate law.
Susanna joined Borenius as an Associate in 2021. Prior to joining Borenius, she worked as an intern at other business law firms where she specialised in corporate law and capital markets transactions.
