Tai Do

Tai advises clients on real estate and M&A transactions, as well as corporate law-related matters.

Tai rejoined Borenius in 2026. Prior to that, he worked at a shipbuilding company, where he focused on commercial contracts, and at a leading credit management services company, where he held a legal role responsible for executing non-performing loan transactions across various European markets. Between 2022 and 2025, Tai was a member of Borenius’ M&A & Private Equity team. During that time, he completed a secondment at a Finnish listed company, where he primarily worked on strategic M&A transactions.

In addition to his law degree from the University of Helsinki, Tai holds a Master of Science in Technology from Aalto University and has completed studies in economics at Hanken School of Economics.
