Tyyra Tuohimaa

Tyyra advises our clients on M&A and corporate law matters.

Tyyra joined Borenius as an Associate in 2026. Prior to that, she worked as an Associate Trainee in the firm’s M&A and Private Equity team. She has also gained in-house experience as a trainee, as well as experience as an Associate Trainee at other Finnish business law firms. In addition to her law degrees from the University of Turku, Uppsala University, and Maastricht University, Tyyra has also studied law at the University of British Columbia in Canada.
