Borenius’ Client Relations Team works in close collaboration with all our practice groups and business services teams, ensuring the active development of client relationships and driving growth. The team manages a broad portfolio of initiatives and responsibilities, ranging from offer and project management development to event marketing, communications, employer branding, and all brand-related matters in general.

Borenius’ Finance Team is responsible for e.g. various financial reports, invoicing, payments, payroll coordination, and budgeting in addition to insurance and tax related matters. Our Finance Team also assists our lawyers with offers and all employees with keeping track of their working hours.

Borenius’ HR Team collaborates closely with all members of our organisation, ensuring operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. The team supports leadership and strategy, promotes wellbeing at work, oversees compensation and benefits, manages talent acquisition, and develops employer branding.

Borenius’ ICT Team is responsible for ensuring that our IT infrastructure enables a smooth workflow for all employees across our organisation by cooperating with relevant suppliers and vendors to provide our employees with the best IT hardware in a sustainable and environmentally conscious manner.

As maintaining a secure operating environment is crucial in the legal field due to the nature of the data we process, our ICT Team fosters data security awareness among our employees through Pistachio Cybersecurity Awareness Training. Our IT professionals also assist with the IT aspects of all events and solve IT-related issues in addition to working in close cooperation with both our legal experts and third-party software developers to facilitate the use of AI and other software in our firm.

Borenius’ Compliance Team is responsible for onboarding clients (KYC/AML and screening sanctions), updating AML risk assessment and training our employees. The team is also involved in drafting information security and data protection related internal guidelines.

Borenius’ Knowledge Management Team maintains our library and makes sure that we have the best commercial legal information databases in use. The team is also responsible for Borenius Learning programme. Working closely with all our practices, the team provides support on data retrieval tasks, weekly follow-ups, and information requests, ensuring everyone in Borenius has access to the right information at the right time.

Borenius’ Legal Assistants support our lawyers to success. They ensure documents are finalised to the highest standard, coordinate smooth-running client meetings, and handle correspondence with relevant authorities. Each Legal Assistant is an integral member of a specific practice group, whilst all have firm-wide responsibilities, from maintaining our model document library to coordinating travel arrangements. In addition, our Legal Assistants contribute to client relations management and organising events.

Borenius’ Office Services Team ensures smooth daily operations and creates a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues. With their expertise, all our internal and external meetings and events run seamlessly, whilst meeting our sustainability standards.
