Borenius acts as the bankruptcy administrator of DeliService Punnitse & Säästä Oy

Borenius’ insolvency practice led by estate administrator Leo Lagerstam is in charge of the bankruptcy administration of the Finnish foodstuff retail chain DeliService Punnitse & Säästä Oy consisting of over 60 retail stores around Finland and having a turnover of over EUR 18 million in 2014.

In the ongoing proceedings, we managed to secure the acquisition of the entire retail chain and sell it as a functioning unit within three weeks from the commencement of the bankruptcy proceedings. This will generate a profitable outcome for the creditors of the bankrupt company.
