Borenius advised CapMan in the sale of Oral Hammaslääkärit

We advised funds managed by CapMan in their divestment of Oral Hammaslääkärit, a leading Finnish private dentistry chain with 63 clinics and sales close to EUR 100 million, to Colosseum Dental, a Swiss-based dentistry group.

During CapMan’s ownership, Oral’s revenue increased annually by 15% while their EBITDA grew at a compound annual growth rate of 19%. Funds managed by CapMan acquired Oral in 2014.
