We advised Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch in financing of Storebrand’s core plus fund, Storebrand Nordic Real Estate Fund II (SNRE II)’s acquisition of a residential portfolio in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area from Ilmarinen.
