Borenius advised Evli on the formation of an infrastructure fund of funds

We advised Evli Fund Management Company on the formation of Evli Infrastructure Fund I, which is a fund of fund investing in infrastructure assets globally. The fund has raised more than EUR 100 million in investment commitments and continues its fundraising.

Evli is a bank specialised in investments and its net assets under management amounted to EUR 14.1 billion at the end of December 2020. Evli’s product and service offering includes e.g. asset management and various investment products. Evli Bank’s B shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
