Borenius advised ICECAPITAL as it raised its seventh residential real estate fund

We advised ICECAPITAL as it established ICECAPITAL Housing Fund VII, the seventh of its kind, continuing ICECAPITAL’s real estate fund program spanning over several decades. Investors include mutual pension insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, and other institutional investors.

The fund will invest in building new apartment buildings and generating housing supply.
