About Henna
Henna specialises in indirect taxation, with particular expertise in VAT, excise and customs law. With almost 20 years of experience, she is a recognised name in her field and heads the firm’s Indirect Tax practice.
Henna represents clients in VAT, excise and customs disputes before Finnish authorities and courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. On the advisory side, she advises on complex VAT and excise matters and advance rulings, the indirect tax aspects of cross-border transactions and M&A, and customs arrangements and procedures in strategically significant matters. She has broad experience across a range of industries, including the financial sector, real estate and healthcare.
Henna holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Helsinki and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University School of Economics.
