Borenius advised JM Suomi on the sale of a residential building to NREP

We advised JM Suomi on the sale of a residential project to NREP under its Juli Living concept. The project consists of the construction of a residential building in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, near the Hertsi service centre and the Herttoniemi metro station.

The residential building comprises 128 apartments on eight floors as well as three commercial units. The parties intend to seek an A class energy status and a Platinum LEED certificate for the building.
