Borenius advised Korona Invest on the formation on their fourth fund

We advised Korona Invest on the formation of its fourth private equity fund, Korona Invest IV Ky. The fund raised the targeted amount, EUR 80 million, and will make growth investments in domestic small and medium-sized enterprises without a specific sector focus.

Korona Invest is a private equity firm founded in 2006. During 15 years, Korona funds have invested in 31 companies, and currently Korona holds investments in 7 companies.
