Borenius advised Korona Invest on the sale of Vaihtolavacom

We advised Korona Invest on the sale of its portfolio company Vaihtolavacom, one of the leading providers of construction waste logistics and environmental services to Sortera Group, which is a Swedish recycling group backed by Summa Equity.

Vaihtolavacom employs approximately 100 people and has reported annual revenues of about EUR 18 million. Vaihtolavacom has seen strong growth over the last years, as a result of which it has increased its market share and witnessed market growth in its current core segments. Vaihtolavacom’s customers comprise small and medium-sized renovation companies, housing cooperatives and Finnish municipalities.​
