Borenius advised OP-Vuokratuotto special investment fund on its acquisition of a second office building in Alberga Business Park
We advised OP-Vuokratuotto on its acquisition of Alberga Building E from NCC Property Development. Building E has 5,600 square metres of lettable office space and approximately 130 parking spaces.
Building E is the last phase of the construction of the Alberga Business Park commercial property, which consists of five office blocks in Leppävaara, Espoo, and it was completed in September 2017. Following the completion of Building E, Alberga Business Park now features over 600 parking spaces and approximately 34,000 square metres of office space capable of accomodating some 2,000 people in five modern, high-quality buildings. The total approximate transaction value was EUR 23.6 million.
