Borenius advised Spektri Kiinteistöt Ky on its sale of Spektri Business Park

We advised Spektri Kiinteistöt Ky and Trevian Asset Management Oy on the sale of the Spektri Business Park to a fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners.

Spektri is Finland’s first business park. It is located in Tapiola close to the Otaniemi technology hub and comprises altogether five multi-let office buildings with a lettable area of 35,000 sqm.

Borenius negotiated on and prepared the documents required by the transaction.
