Borenius advised the main owners of Munax on the sale of the company

We advised the main owners of Munax Oy on the sale of the majority ownership in the company (i.e. 76% of the company’s share capital) to minority owner Danaeg Holding AS.

Munax Oy, which was established in 2003, is an environmentally conscious and responsible full-service egg solution provider. The company has developed a number of new, innovative egg products that have won many awards.​​
