Uponor Corporation, on the other hand, is a leading Nordic provider of sustainable water solutions for residential and commercial construction, municipalities, utilities, and industry.

Borenius notified the transaction in Finland and coordinated the submission of notifications concerning the transaction in Sweden, Estonia, and Poland.
