Borenius advised Varma in the sale of a real estate portfolio of 53 assets to AB Sagax

Borenius advised Varma in its divestment of a real estate portfolio comprising 53 assets to AB Sagax. The portfolio consisted of properties leased out to three main tenants carrying out machine leasing, vehicle inspection and gross sales activities.

Varma is one of the leading pension insurance companies in Finland. Varma’s real estate investment portfolio amounted to EUR 3,643 million at the end of 2016.
