We advised Varma on the sale of the Gigahermia office property to Erikoissijoitusrahasto Aktia Toimitilakiinteistöt. The office property is located in the Hermia Science Park in Hervanta, Tampere, and it has a total lettable area of approximately 6,000 sqm. The office property is currently fully occupied by six different tenants.
