We advise a fund managed by abrdn on the acquisition of an office project from NCC. The value of the transaction is approximately EUR 75 million. The project is located in Vallila, Helsinki and comprises a lettable area of approximately 8,500 sqm with an occupancy rate of 98% upon completion. Fredriksberg D is the fourth and last phase of the Fredriksberg office project, and the expected completion and closing of the transaction is in the summer of 2022.
