Borenius advises Partners Group and Fokus Nordic on the sale of two light industrial assets to Logistea

We advise Partners Group and Fokus Nordic on the disposal of two light industrial properties located in Tampere and Oulu to Logistea.

The assets are modern and functional built-to-suit car service and tyre storage facilities, constructed between 2008 and 2012. Both properties benefit from strong micro-locations in established commercial and industrial areas with good accessibility, and are fully let to Vianor Oy with a combined lettable area of 10,469 square metres.

Closing is expected in mid-August following fulfilment of an ongoing subdivision process.
