About Leif
Leif has nearly 20 years of experience in national and, in particular, complex international real estate arrangements, including real estate portfolio and fund investments as well as sale and leaseback arrangements. He is also one of the most experienced Finnish real estate lawyers in real estate development projects. Leif acts for data centre developers and operators. He represents international, Nordic, and Finnish real estate funds, key investors, and private and public companies.
Leif is a graduate of the University of Helsinki, and he also holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., USA. Leif is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and has also been admitted as a member of the New York State Bar Association.
