Borenius represented Tesi in the formation of KRR III, a EUR 150 million fund of funds

Borenius represented Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd) in the formation of KRR III, Tesi’s latest fund of funds. The fund raised EUR 150 million from Finnish institutional investors. Like its two predecessor funds, KRR III invests in Finnish venture capital and small buyout funds.
