We represent various shipowners in a major dispute against the Finnish state relating to collection of vessels’ fairway dues. The matter is about whether the Finnish state has collected fairway dues in a discriminatory way and in breach of EU law. The claims regarding return of unjust enrichment and claims for damages against the Finnish state are pending in the Supreme Court.
