We represented Med Group Oy in connection with a public procurement case. The contracting authority had chosen Med Group Oy along with another company to be providers under a framework agreement concerning temporary staff services in the social and health care sectors. The procurement decision was appealed to the Market Court by the unsuccessful tenderer. Not only did we succeed in arguing that the Market Court should dismiss the appeal as the contracting authority had been justified in dismissing the appellant’s tender as the quoted price for the services to be provided was unrealistically low but we also managed to recover our client’s legal expenses from the appellant.
