Borenus advised Hyperco and NREP on the formation of Hyperco Data Center Strategies I

We advised Hyperco and NREP on the formation of Hyperco Data Center Strategies I, a joint venture that invests in data centres in Finland.

Hyperco’s business is to own and develop data centres in the Nordic countries. It has now obtained financing from NREP and Varma, and targets to invest approximately EUR 200 million in existing and new data centres in Finland. Hyperco aims to have a EUR 1 billion portfolio of Nordic data centres within 5 years and it targets long-term tenants, such as international technology companies.
