About Valla
Valla works as a Legal Assistant in our EU & Competition and Restructuring & Insolvency teams.
Valla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences where she majored in business law. Her thesis focused on bankruptcy proceedings. Valla joined Borenius as a Legal Assistant in 2023, and before that she worked as a trainee at the firm. Prior to joining Borenius, Valla worked as an assistant at a real estate asset management company and at a multi-brand fashion agency.
