Borenius advised TF Bank on the structuring of Ecommerce Solutions business

TF Bank AB announced in June 2022 that its Ecommerce Solutions business segment operating under Avarda brand in the Nordics would be transferred into a new subsidiary, Avarda AB. We assisted TF Bank AB in the group structuring, including the transfer of the Ecommerce Solutions operations carried out in Finland into the new Avarda structure. The new group structure was implemented in the fourth quarter of 2023.

TF Bank AB, a financial institution listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is a digital bank offering consumer banking services and digital payment solutions for e-commerce through a proprietary IT platform with a high degree of automation.
