Ilkka Aalto-Setälä contributes to the latest edition of Defensor Legis

Partner Ilkka Aalto-Setälä’s article on defence rights in antitrust procedures has been published in the special edition of Defensor Legis. The article discusses the ECN+ Directive and defence rights from a constitutional perspective. Ilkka also serves as the Head of our EU & Competition team.

Defensor Legis is a legal journal published by the Finnish Bar Association. The publication dates back to 1920, which makes it the longest-running Nordic journal for attorneys.
