We have worked with the Helsinki Pride Community, one of our key pro bono partners, for over five years now. This partnership is a testament to our commitment to fostering a more equal society and promoting inclusion in the legal field. We believe that everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, should be treated equally in the eyes of the law and society.
Over the years, we have been actively advising the community on contractual matters and assisting with legal matters related to the association throughout the year. We have also been proud participants in the Helsinki Pride Week event.
Along this partnership, we have taken significant steps towards creating a more inclusive work environment. We have organised several internal training sessions in cooperation with the Helsinki Pride community focusing on topics such as:

These sessions provide us with valuable insights into the importance of inclusive communication, the nuances of language choices, terminology, and imagery, and the role each of us plays in fostering an inclusive environment.
