Borenius’ Competition & Public Procurement team has maintained its position in the Elite category in the Global Competition Review’s (GCR) recent Finland survey. The other ranking categories are Highly Recommended and Recommended. According to the publication, Borenius continues to impress with its caseload under practice leader Ilkka Aalto-Setälä.
Our Competition & Public Procurement team is delighted to receive this accolade that reflects their competence. This ranking is a clear indication that our firm-wide commitment to life-long learning and choosing only the most demanding cases is well-recognised on a global scale.
We are particularly proud of the team’s recent efforts in defending the rule of law e.g. in the asphalt cartel follow-on antitrust damages matters before the European Court of Justice and the Finnish Supreme Court as well as in the alleged bus cartel matters before the Finnish Market Court and Supreme Administrative Court.
The GCR 100 is a comprehensive listing of top competition practices, providing a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the law firms and economic consultancies doing the most important antitrust work around the world. This year the publication covers more than 300 firms in 50 jurisdictions.
