Borenius’ Competition Team Ranked Elite by GCR 100 – 22nd Edition Finland

Borenius’ EU & Competition team has once again been ranked in the elite category by the Global Competition Review’s (GCR) recent Finland survey. The other tiers of the three-fold tiering system are highly recommended and recommended.

Our team is greatly involved in major competition and state aid cases in Finland. We have assisted, for example,

Styroplast in avoiding fines as the immunity applicant in the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s (FCCA) styrofoam cartel probe,
the Finnish Real Estate Management Federation before the Market Court in terms of fines imposed on the federation and six property management companies for conspiring to coordinate prices and impose extra charges on customers, and
Netflix in its proposed acquisition of Finnish video game studio Next Games for EUR 65 million.
