About Aleksi
Aleksi advises our clients on both public and private M&A transactions, as well as securities markets regulation and corporate law matters. He is also part of our New York team and has gained experience as a trainee at other business law firms in Finland.
Aleksi’s particular expertise lies in advising private equity sponsors on a wide range of corporate transactions and restructurings, both cross-border and domestic. He also has significant experience advising investee companies and industrial clients across multiple industry sectors.
Aleksi is currently on study leave to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at Stanford Law School.
