Anni Holopainen

Anni advises both international and domestic clients on all matters relating to employment and labour law, such as day-to-day employment issues, the preparation and negotiation of employment and management agreements and terminations thereof, co-operation proceedings, and employment matters related to mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, and employee transfers.

Anni also regularly provides guidance on collective agreements, local bargaining, and employee representation. In addition, Anni continually provides support to our Restructuring and Insolvency team, addressing all employment-related questions. Anni also has experience in employment-related dispute resolution.

Anni joined Borenius as an Associate in 2022, having previously worked at the firm as a trainee. She has also gained valuable experience in social security and benefit matters by working at an unemployment fund.
