About Emmi
Emmi specialises in complex industrial projects, advising clients across all phases from project structuring and contract negotiation to execution and operation of industrial facilities and power plants. She works on projects across industries ranging from clean transition, renewable energy and commodities, green hydrogen, bioproducts, and defence to production plants and industrial facilities.
Emmi’s expertise includes advising on project contracts (such as EPC & EPCM), operation and maintenance agreements, supply and procurement of industrial equipment and machinery, and standalone commodity supply and offtake agreements, including corporate PPAs. She is well acquainted with international and domestic standard forms of contract, such as FIDIC, NLM, Orgalim and the YSE 1998.
She also has experience in project finance transactions and other transactional aspects of renewable energy projects.
