About Iiris
Iiris advises our clients on fund formation and investment management as well as related regulatory matters.
Iiris joined Borenius as an Associate in 2026, and before that she worked as an Associate at a Big Four firm, where she focused on financial services regulation and corporate law.
Prior to her graduation, Iiris has gained experience as a trainee at a Big Four firm, at another Finnish business law firm, and at a publicly listed software company.
Iiris holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.
