About Janna
Janna advises our clients on M&A and corporate law related matters.
Janna joined Borenius as an Associate in 2022. Before that, she worked as a trainee at the firm. Janna has also gained experience as a trainee at other business law firms and at the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. In addition to her law studies at the University of Helsinki, she has studied law at Lund University in Sweden.
