Johan Granlund

Johan advises our clients on M&A and corporate law related matters.

Johan joined Borenius as an Associate in 2025. Prior to that, Johan worked as a Senior Associate at PwC, where he focused on a wide range of corporate matters, with particular emphasis on M&A and company law. Johan has also worked at Finance Finland, where he concentrated on capital markets legislation. Before graduating from the University of Turku, Johan worked as a trainee at Borenius and other law firms.
