Johan Granlund

Johan advises our clients on M&A and corporate law-related matters, including helping listed companies with their ongoing disclosure and corporate governance matters. He also assists clients in a variety of capital markets transactions, ranging from debt issuances to equity offerings.

Johan joined Borenius as an Associate in 2025. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Associate at a Big Four firm, where he focused on a wide range of corporate matters, with particular emphasis on M&A and corporate law. Johan has also worked at Finance Finland, where he concentrated on capital markets legislation.

Before graduating from the University of Turku, Johan worked as a trainee at Borenius and other law firms.
