Joonas Ylä-Rautio

Joonas advises our clients on matters related to technology, data protection, and intellectual property. He also focuses on corporate law related questions with a particular emphasis on growth companies.

Joonas joined Borenius as an Associate in 2024, and before that he worked as a trainee at the firm. Joonas has also gained legal experience as a trainee at a multinational listed company and another Finnish business law firm.
