Marianna Saari

Marianna advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment and labour law. She provides advice on daily employment issues, as well as on drafting and negotiating employment and executive agreements, terminations of employment, and co-operation proceedings. She regularly assists clients with change negotiations and other employment matters related to corporate restructurings.

Marianna has particular experience on matters related to collective bargaining agreements and employee representation. Her previous work at a Finnish trade union has provided her with valuable insight into these areas.

Marianna joined Borenius as an Associate in 2023. During her studies, she also worked as a trainee at another business law firm.

In addition to her law studies, Marianna holds a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Helsinki.
