About Minna
Minna specialises in intellectual property and technology law with a strong focus on intellectual property related litigation. She frequently represents clients in complex dispute proceedings, provides regulatory advice and assists with various commercial and contractual matters.
Minna has extensive experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation, having represented major domestic and international companies in high-profile disputes before the Finnish Market Court and the Supreme Court. Her expertise encompasses all types of proceedings, including preliminary injunctions, invalidity and infringement actions as well as damages claims.
Minna advises clients in various sector-specific regulatory matters with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors, helping them comply with evolving regulatory requirements. She also provides regulatory guidance on consumer products and commercial legislation.
In addition, Minna assists clients with various commercial and contractual matters, including licensing, technology transfer and other intellectual property intensive assignments. She has also been involved in several M&A transactions, conducting due diligence and advising on intellectual property, IT, commercial contracts and data protection related questions.
