About Oona
Oona advises our clients on domestic and international tax matters relating to corporate and personal income taxation.
Oona joined Borenius as an Associate in 2026, having previously gained experience as a trainee at Borenius and at a Big Four firm, and M&A experience at other Finnish law firms.
In addition to her law degree from the University of Helsinki, Oona is currently pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting at Hanken School of Economics.
