About Simo
Simo advises clients on domestic and international tax matters related to corporate and personal income taxation. Simo has been closely following legal developments in the withholding taxation of dividends in cross-border situations.
Before joining Borenius in 2024, Simo has worked as a Tax Advisor at KPMG where he focused on international taxation and social security matters. Additionally, he has previously worked at the Finnish Tax Administration.
In addition to his studies at the University of Lapland, Simo has studied law at the University of Bologna in Italy.
