About Taneli
Taneli advises clients on M&A and corporate law related matters.
Taneli joined Borenius as an Associate in 2025. Prior to that, he worked as a trainee at the firm in both the M&A and IP & Technology teams. Taneli has also gained in-house experience as a trainee at HMD Global and Ilmarinen, alongside experience at other business law firms.
In addition to his law studies at University of Helsinki, Taneli studies economics at Hanken School of Economics.
