Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of ICLG: Corporate Investigations 2022

Borenius’ lawyers Markus Kokko and Vilma Haavisto have contributed to the chapter on Finland that has been published in International Comparative Legal Guide to: Corporate Investigations 2022.

In this chapter, our experts e.g. discuss the lack of comprehensive legislation governing internal investigations in Finland. Despite this fact, they note that there are certain regulations that must be followed when conducting an internal investigation. These include employment and data protection laws, provisions designed to protect whistleblowers, and certain industry-specific regulations.
